The accreting galactic black hole transient IGR J17464-3213 already known as the HEAO1 source H 1743-322 has been detected during its overall outburst in spring 2003. The source exhibits a complex multistate behaviour associated with strong X, gamma and radio flares. We studied its spectral evolution related to a state transition using PCA/RXTE and SPI/INTEGRAL observations.
