We use experimental results for the binding energies of molecular hydrogen on ice film to calculate the residence time of adsorbed molecules on water ice surface. With the assumption of thermodynamical equilibrium and steady state, we extend these results to dark clouds conditions. We give the ratio of molecular hydrogen adsorbed on surface toward water in mantles.
