A theory of simple exact supersymmetry is presented, where the supersymmetry is spontaneously broken (SBS). Conditions are defined which require the existence of a massless 1/2-spin Goldstone spinor which, along with a vacuum expectation value, can be eliminated by gauging the supersymmetry and coupling the matter action to supersymmetry. A gravitino is defined which absorbs the spinor and becomes massive, while the vacuum energy is exactly cancelled by the cosmological term incorporated into the gravitational action. The major material constituent of the universe may be massive gravitinos, whose total mass is bounded by the cosmological matter density, and which exists as a gas defined by Big Bang cosmology. The bounds on the gravitino mass imply bounds on the order parameter of SBS, which requires dynamical features associated with supersymmetry to occur at teraelectron volt energies. It is noted that supersymmetry possesses a reflection symmetry with odd particles having a threshold beneath 100 GeV, a level soon to be tested experimentally.
