A simplified model of the perturbed motion of a satellite for various inclinations of the orbit is used to determine stationary values of the parameters determining its period of revolution and the geographic longitude of the subsatellite point during transit through the ascending node. The stability of these parameters during a time period of 2000 days is verified by a sufficiently accurate semianalytical method for predicting the diurnal motion of the satellite. For the period cited, the deviation of current parameter values from the initial values does not exceed 0.5 s in period and 1-deg in geographic longitude.
