I describe the dynamics of a sample of late-type low surface brightness
(LSB) galaxies, and show that these galaxies are completely dominated by
dark matter, even under the (dubious) assumption of maximum disk. I show
trends of halo parameters with surface brightness and conclude that LSB
galaxies probably inhabit low density halos.
