Spectral data on Cyg X-2, obtained with the argon counters of the Exosat Medium Energy experiment at five phases in a single orbital cycle, are presented. One observation in the fast timing program showed a broad peak revealing the presence of Quasi-Periodic Oscillations (QPO). The QPO frequency (28.3 + or - 0.4 Hz) is consistent with that found by Hasinger et al. (1986) for their lowest intensity interval. It is suggested that a second peak at a frequency of 60 + or - 3 Hz could be interpreted as the first harmonic of the 28 Hz QPO.
