To formulate forward problems of tomography, an algorithm for calculation of variations in the Earth's (PREM) internal properties along rays and sections through a detector point at a variable source position is considered in the case study of solar neutrinos crossing the Earth. A model of a hypothetical solar neutrino tomograph is proposed for a 3D description of changes in the inner structure in the three-dimensional form. This model, together with the proposed algorithm, can also be used for other kinds of tomography. Depending on the depth of a conditional detector-source pair, the model may be applied to regional tomography and description of any dynamic (seismic, tectonic, physicochemical, etc.) processes both in the Earth's interior and at its surface.
