The radial velocity data and photometry of eight double-mode Cepheids are frequency analyzed by Fourier techniques. Once the principal components are identified, a simultaneous second-order solution is obtained for the amplitudes and phases of the frequency components. The relative phasing of the magnitude, color and radial velocity observations is studied. The energy of the pulsation shows strong cross coupling terms. All eight double-mode Cepheids have similar properties within the errors and a mean solar radius of 33 + or - 2 is derived. There is no evidence that this group of stars is any different from single-mode Cepheids of similar period.
