We present ISO-SWS observations of Herbig Ae/Be stars, HD 97048 and Elias 1. Besides the well-known family of IR emission bands (UIR) at 3.3, 6.2, ``7.7'', 8.7 and 11.3 μm these objects show strong anomalous emission features at 3.43 and 3.53 μm. The latter two features show pronounced substructure which is very similar but not the same in the two sources. The striking similarity of these features points toward a specific carrier or a specific family of carriers. A comparison with the spectra of two Post-AGB stars suggests that there is smooth transition between spectra showing a broad band at 3.42 μm and spectra with strong emission at 3.43 and 3.53 μm.
