In this work, we investigate the implications of the constraints provided by both measurements of the Hubble Constant H0 and by the brightness distribution of GRBs. We show that the range of cosmological models that can be consistent with the GRB brightness distribution, H0 near 80 km s-1 Mpc-1, and age of the universe near 15 Gyr is constrained significantly, largely independent of a wide range of assumptions regarding the evolutionary nature of the burst population. Specifically, low-density, Λ>0 cosmological models with deceleration parameter in the range -1
