The BATSE 3B Catalog is analyzed for repetition using a technique that simultaneously accounts for the instrumental effects of location errors and incomplete sky exposure. A repetition model is assumed in which bursts are emitted sporadically from burst sources. Upper limits are found on the repetition rates in the entire 3B Catalog, as well as on the 1B, 2B-1B, and 3B-2B components of the catalog. Additional anisotropy variations are predicted based upon the distribution of close burst pairs. Solutions are favored in which no repetition of the type studied is present.
