The observed positions of the extragalactic objects are shifted due to the gravitational lensing of the matters in our galaxy. Their variation induce the aging of the frame. We estimated the expectation values of the positional fluctuations of the extragalactic objects and obtained the typical value as the order of 10 microarcsecond. We also estimate the optical depth of such fluctuations. These estimations show us a theoretical limit to the accuracy of the extragalactic reference frames.
