We report on the detection of extremely narrow satellite absorption features in Fe II shell lines of the Be-shell star 48 Lib. These features are variable in radial velocity and depth on a timescale of less than a day. We discuss the origin of these features and speculate that they either are caused by co-rotating clumps in the disk, or by higher-order distortions in the global density wave hosted by the disk.
