We find, at 9 mm, evidence for a decrement of 1 mK in the cosmic microwave background temperature toward A2218, consistent with results at 3 cm. This verifies the approximate frequency independence of the effect, when quoted in terms of brightness temperature, in the Rayleigh-Jeans region. A 1 mK decrement may exist in A665, the richest Abell cluster, as well.
