We mapped the molecular gas content in two nearby polar ring galaxies using the Owens Valley Radio Observatory (OVRO) millimeter interferometer. In the Helix galaxy NGC 2685 we find three clumps with masses of 1-4 × 106 Msun lying next to prominent HII regions in the polar ring. In NGC 660, most of the molecular gas is concentrated in the inner 10'' of the host galaxy where it experiences strong non-circular motions probably due to a stellar bar. We mapped the molecular gas out to a distance of 70'' where it coincides with the prominent eastern dust lane. No emission from molecular clouds was detected in the polar ring of NGC 660 at our sensitivity limit of ~ 106 Msun.
