We computed the distributions of the apparent rotational velocities in several open clusters. Then we showed that various inversion procedures are usable in the study of rotational velocities and we applied these procedures to the previous observed distributions. We found that the distribution of rotational velocities for stars hotter than 7000 K is uniform while it is peaked below. These results are compatible with the ones found for T Tauri stars.
