We present here the first results on galaxy clusters detected by the Planck satellite through the Sunyaev--Zeldovich (SZ) effect from its six highest frequencies. We show the properties of the first all sky SZ sample (Planck Early SZ sample, ESZ) and how the new discovered clusters are mostly morphologically disturbed. Finally, we present results on the scaling relations between SZ and X-ray or optical cluster properties.
