Papers are presented on coronal holes and solar magnetic fields, models
of coronal hole flows, fields and plasmas in the outer solar system, and
the solar wind interaction with Venus. Consideration is also given to
the Jovian radiation belts, the Jovian magnetodisk, and the energetics
of terrestrial and Jovian magnetospheres.
