The pulse energy of 32 pulsars and the mean pulse profiles of 25 pulsars at a frequency of 102.5 MHz have been measured. The radio spectral index of a mean statistical pulsar is determined, along with the frequency dependence of the spectral index. The measured mean profiles are compared with mean pulse profiles measured at higher frequencies. It is found that: (1) the widths of the mean profiles either broaden or remain unchanged at low frequencies; (2) complex profiles broaden, as a rule; (3) the distance between components increases with decreasing frequency for pulsars with two-component pulses; and (4) the nature of this change is the same for all pulsars.
