CSS080924:233423+391423 is a transient discovered by CRTS on 24 Sep 2008 UT 03:50:32. The discovery images indicated flaring on a scale of minutes with the four 30 second images separated by 10 minutes registering V magnitudes of 19.8, 19.4, 18.2 and 19.4. Combined CSS images from the past do not reveal any source at that location. There is a barely visible source in N band DPOSS plate (near-IR) but no source is visible in 2MASS or other DPOSS plates.
