A thermal connectivity between radiation and conduction was established based on Planck's theory such as, photons were described as particles with an equivalent atomic weight of 3.5 x 10-4. Using this connectivity, matter properties of the universe were estimated, and it was modeled as a thermally radiating enclosure in an infinitely large thermal bath of 0 K. Independent derivations from this model include a new thermo-cosmological constant of 1.274 x10^18 K·s, a cosmic age of 14.8 Gyr, and a Hubble constant of 66 km/s/Mpc, all are being independent of dark mass.
