The results of photometric measurements of the eclipsing variable \varepsilon Aur obtained in 1980-2009 in the 1-5 μm spectral range are presented. Observations in the 3.5-5 μm range exhibit an excess relative to the light from the F supergiant, which corresponds to emission from a cool source with temperature ˜ 400-1000 K. Neutral character of absorption was observed during the eclipse.
