We present an analysis of the optical variability of the BL Lac object MRK 421 as one step in a larger study to monitor the optical emission from a sample of TeV blazars that are part of a multi-wavelength observing campaign, which, in addition to optical, includes observations at x-ray, radio, and TeV gamma-ray wavebands. MRK 421 was observed for 62 nights between November 2002 and April 2003. The observations were done on the 0.9m WIYN telescope located at Kitt Peak in the B and V, with some additional observations in the U, I, and R filters. The data show daily blazar variability at optical wavelengths, and we examined the correlations between the optical bands.
