The full expressions for the principal part of the determining function and the new Hamiltonian are obtained for the first, second, and third order of the third-order Uranus-Neptune planetary theory. The Poisson brackets in the Lie series for the transformation of canonical variables is computed. The Hori-Lie technique is used in the calculations, neglecting all powers higher than the second in the Poincare variables H, K, P, and Q.
