The paper presents the results of position determinations of minor planets carried out at the Skalnaté Pleso Observatory in the year 2000. 307 observations of 25 minor planets are given together with the list of reference stars. In contrast to the previous astrometric observations performed using the photography, the presented result is the first obtained using the CCD detector recently installed at the Skalnaté Pleso Observatory astrograph.
