We present new measurements of the mass and distribution of dark matter around intermediate-redshift galaxies (z ˜ 0.5 - 1) based on galaxy-galaxy lensing in the GOODS data. The deep GOODS/ACS image data and careful correction for PSF effects allow us to probe the mass distribution around galaxies at redshift up to 1, and to trace the evolution of mass-to-light ratio at constant restframe wavelength in the intervening interval. We obtain initial constraints on the inner length scale of the dark matter distribution, as defined by the NFW and Burkert models, and compare with the predictions of semi-analytic models.
