Over the past decade, laboratory experiments, large-scale computer simulations and observational cosmology have begun to constrain the non-gravitational properties of dark matter particles, specifically their cross section for baryonic and self-interaction. We use a sample of carefully-selected, highly-relaxed galaxy clusters to constrain the strength of dark matter self-interaction. We also report structural parameters for this cluster sample, and discuss the implications for our understanding of large-scale structure formation.
