We present Hubble Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph observations of the emission line gas in a complete sample of nearby, radio-loud, elliptical galaxies. We find that a consistent picture for the gas is that of rotating, but highly turbulent, disks. We will present new results on the constraints from these data on the masses of the central black holes in these galaxies.
