In accordance with data on the Faraday rotation, angular coordinates, dispersion measures, and distances of 38 pulsars, the strength and direction of the large-scale Galactic magnetic field and the mean electron density in the Galactic disk are determined. A comparison with the results of a study of the rotation measures of extragalactic radio sources enabled the characteristic half-width of the electron density distribution along the z-coordinate to be estimated. The characteristic size of Galactic-magnetic-field fluctuations is shown to be 100-150 pc.
