Wave behavior of electrons around an electrically or otherwise charged rotating black hole, having an external electromagnetic or other massless vector field is analyzed using the recently developed Chandrasekhar's technique of separating the Dirac equation in the Kerr geometry. This technique is extended to a Dirac particle in the Kerr-Newman field for the present case. With a given energy and axial angular momentum, the wave function is written in terms of four components satisfying a set of four coupled partial differential equations in the radius and polar angle of Boyer-Lindquist coordinates. These components are expressed as products of radial and angular functions that satisfy the derived decoupled ordinary differential equations.
