Results are presented showing the single-pixel counting linearity of the Multianode Microchannel Array (MAMA) detector system for three different tubes. The relationship of microchannel plate (MCP) gain characteristics, amplifier discrimination level, and ion feedback to single-pixel counting linearity will be discussed. Comparisons of single-pixel linearity between tubes using curved MCPs and a chevron pair will also be discussed.
