Results from a search for H2O masers are presented, including OH-observations in B42, the Rho Oph dark cloud. Upper limits are determined for the flux densities in the 22.2 GHz line of H2O vapor at several positions with the Rho Oph cloud. Spectra are obtained for the emission in the H2O line and in the 1667 and 1665 MHz lines of OH at the position of the H2O maser IRAS 16293-2422.
