The model of an accretion disk around a black hole with coherent line emissions of H and HeI is discussed, and the possibility of the existence of a recombined lasing mechanism working in a rapidly cooling ringlike region of the accretion disk is proposed. Best parameters correspond to a low accretion rate of about 10 to the 16 g/sec and a large mass of about 10-100 solar masses, and the fact that the value of mass is greater than that of the upper limit for neutron stars provides support for the existence of a black hole in SS433. The model can explain all observations of SS433, and the recombination emission mechanism may also work in other objects.
