An analytic model for determining orbits from radar range measurements is developed for the case where the observer and the object observed are in coplanar circular motion. With certain assumptions regarding the composition of the measurements and the method of data reduction, an expression is obtained for the amplitude of the relativistic effect, which is manifested as a synchronous slowing of the predicted motion of the observer and the object around the sun.
