A method is developed to analyze observations of the scintillations of radio sources on inhomogeneities of the interplanetary plasma. The method can obtain information on the angular sizes of sources from 0.1-2 arcsec, and can estimate flux densities of the scintillation components. Four programs are used according to the character of the scintillations: analysis of strong sources, of faint sources with strong scintillations, of weakly scintillating sources with known coordinates, and weakly scintillating sources with unknown coordinates. Sources are observed near a solar elongation of 24 deg, and scintillations are greatest at a frequency of 102 MHz. The method is distinguished by low cost, is effective in the meter wavelength range, and requires considerably shorter observation times than other methods.
