Regions A and F of the giant CO cloud Cepheus OB 3 are observed in the radio continuum at 0.6, 4.8, 10.7, and 14.7 GHz. Four sources are detected, two of which are compact H II regions. One of these is located at the position of maximum CO emission from region A which may be a complex site of current star formation, containing several sources at different evolutionary stages. The other H II region detected lies at an extension of the CO region F.
