W Uma Stars: Photometry, W Uma Stars: Orbital Periods

Scientific paper

A total of 445 individual observations in U, B and V were made in 8 nights in 1988 with the 61 cm reflector at Sobaeksan Astronomical Observatory, and the 1987 data, which were already published, are combined in this study. The annual light variations as well as night-to-night variations were detected. Ten primary and secondary minimum lights were determined using the least-square method. The (O-C) diagrams show that the orbital period of SW Lacertae has been varied sinuously, and new light elements were derived.
