The Subaru Strategic Exploration of Exoplanets and Disks Survey (SEEDS) is the first strategic observing program (SSOPs) awarded by the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ). This survey has been awarded 120 nights over five years time to use the new high contrast imaging system to study exoplanets through direct detection, explore the evolution of protoplanetary and debris disks, and investigate the link between exoplanets and circumstellar disks. Less than one year of survey operations have elapsed up to this point. In this poster we describe the overall survey architecture and recent exoplanet and disk results from this large, international survey.
