Two cosmological Models for the Poincaré Gauge Gravity theory
with a non vanishing torsion are proposed. It is shown that the torsion
plays an important role in explaining the accelerated expansion of the
universe. Some of the cosmological parameters are also expressed in
terms of the redshift and the dark energy scenarios are discussed.
