The stability in the strict sense of families of the stationary equatorial solutions (libration points) in the photo-gravitational restricted two body problem with a gravitating and radiating triaxial ellipsoid as the primary is investigated. Necessary and sufficient conditions of Lyapunov stability for the families situated on continuations of the small semi-axis of the elliptic equatorial sections of the ellipsoid are found. The instability can be found only in the cases when one of the frequencies λ1, λ2 of the linear system equal zero and for values of parameters corresponding to the resonance relations λ1 = λ2, λ1 = 2λ2, λ1 = 3λ2 on a parameter plane (α, β), where α, β depend on values of the semi-axes of the triaxial ellipsoid equatorial section.
