We present Hinode/EIS raster scan observations of the GOES X3.2 flare that occurred on 2006 December 13. There was a small transient coronal hole which was located 200 arcsec east of the flare arcade. The transient coronal hole was strongly affected by the X-class flare, and the strong upflows were observed in Fe XV line 284.2 Å (log{T/{K}} = 6.3) at the boundary of dimming region. In this paper, we discuss how to obtain the velocity map by correcting the instrumental effects.
