We have performed a comprehensive analysis of the RXTE observations of several Atoll type neutron star LMXBs and investigated the QPOs and noise components in the frequency range from mHz to kHz. We found that the frequency correlations among two or three components can span in a frequency range by about two to three orders of magnitude in individual sources, which corresponds to a large dynamic range of the accretion flow. We discuss the implications of the results on the origins of the X-ray QPOs and noise and the evolution of the accretion geometry.
