We present the results of a 2008, the pearl anniversary, Suzaku
observation of the X-ray-emitting SN1978K in NGC 1313. The X-ray
spectrum is dominated by soft, 0.6 keV, emission in broad agreement
with previous observations over the past decade. We update and discuss
the significance of the soft and hard band light curves.
