The EVLA Nova Team is embarking on a new era of radio observations of novae, inspired by the more than order-of-magnitude improvement in sensitivity and enhanced frequency coverage of the EVLA. We present results from our first 1.5 years of observations, which includes wide-band (1--50 GHz) monitoring of three sources: V407 Cyg, V1723 Aql, and T Pyx. None of these objects have radio characteristics conforming to the simple canonical model of expanding, spherical, thermally-emitting ejecta. In addition to our radio observations, we consider contemporaneous high-energy observations of these novae, and discuss possible physical mechanisms for the production of the observed radio emission.
