The earth rotation parameters have been determined from a total of 14,509 sets of observations based on classical techniques. Raw and smoothed values of the earth rotation parameters are shown in 5-day and 0.05-year intervals. The results are compared with those published by the International Earth Rotation service. It is noted that the classical time/latitude instruments in current use are capable of maintaining the system originally set up by BIH.
