New radial velocities of the spectroscopic binaries HD 144515 and HD 178428 were obtained using the radical velocity spectrograph of the Dominion Astrophysical Observatiry, Canada. Combining with the data of previous researchers, the period of HD 144515 was determined to be 4.285439 + or - 0.000009 d, and that of HD 178428, 21.95582 + or minus 0.00032 d. For the former, the semiamplitude was improved substantially, and for both, the eccentricity was revised markedly.
