Scientific paper

A method of determining the ionospheric delay with the two-way satellite dual-frequency (C band) observation is introduced, and the results from the observations for different longitudes and latitudes are analysed and compared to each other. The two-way satellite dual-frequency (C band) observation is characterized by high accuracy and fast sampling and can detect the slight change in the total electron content of the ionosphere.
