Ground-space very long base interferometry projects with a low-orbit space telescope (very complete coverage of u, v-plane) and with a high orbit space telescope (very good angular resolution) are summarized. The radioastronomic cosmic system aperture synthesis experiment uses a 500 km orbit 30 m radio telescope and a 70 m ground antenna to study the spatial diffraction image caused by the scattering of radio waves from point sources in the interstellar medium for the production of parameters of the medium and sources (spectrum of electron density fluctuations, velocity of inhomogeneity motion, sizes and velocity of pulsar motion). A 1 million km apogee 10 m telescope to study pulsars and synchrotron radiation sources is proposed.
