We present observational results from 16- and 32-antenna deployments of the Precision Array for Probing the Epoch of Reionziation (PAPER) in Green Bank, West Virginia, and the Karoo Desert of South Africa. We discuss a novel technique for accessing the 3-dimensional power spectrum of reionization using these observations, and present new constraints on the amplitude and redshift of the peak 21cm fluctuations from cosmic reionization. We go on to discuss the impacts of systematics and foregrounds on these measurements and describe our next steps going forward.
