Chondrules and matrix in carbonaceous chondrites (CC) are fractionated
in Mg/Si and Al/Ti, in contrast to bulk CC. Chondrules and matrix are
chemically complementary on a scale of a few mm, providing strong
constraints for chondrule formation.
